How do I request a refund for my in-app purchase from Apple?

We recommend using your Apple device to initiate your refund request.

  1. Open your email inbox for your Apple ID email address
  2. Search “Your receipt from Apple” and locate the receipt from the related purchase
  3. Locate and Click on the “Report a Problem” link
  4. You will be redirected to login with your Apple ID and password
  5. Tap on Choose Problem and make a selection.
  6. Please follow the prompts based on your selection.

Please Note: You should hear back from Apple within a few days to a week with whether your request for a refund is approved.
