How do I create my own vegan / vegetarian / pescatarian meal plan? I’m a picky eater and I don’t like the recipes in the 90-day program. How can I do this?
If you are following step #2 of your 90 day plan, you can swap out any meat options for tofu, seitan, tempeh etc., just stay within your caloric intake goal. Or, you can create your own plant based program by opening the 90 day plan (fat loss extreme, or toned in 90), scroll down to where it says "advanced carb cycling", it will show you how to calculate all your own macros and you can choose the foods you want to hit those specific macros.
