Chargeback / Dispute Policy

If you dispute or chargeback our charge on your credit card, we ask that you reverse or cancel the dispute and give us a chance to resolve it directly with you. You can typically do this by calling your card issuer to cancel the dispute.

Please note that some products are not eligible for a refund (see our refund policy). If you file a dispute or chargeback for ineligible items, we will forward the case, and any applicable transaction records, to our legal team to take further action, such as submission to a collection agency. For such cases, you will have 3 business days to correct the issue and cancel the dispute with your card issuer before incurring additional penalties.
